Great location and very comfortable place.

- everything was new!! Furniture, all kitchenware, bathroom, nothing seems the slightest bit used. In December 2025 - nice hardwood solid furniture. - How water tank, so no electric shower head. So you can get a good flow of hot water. - The rooftop terrace is very nice. You can see the mountains and the volcanoes across the lake. Not a lot of furniture, but does have two padded chairs, one padded "sofa", and a little glass table. There is also a bathroom on the terrace. - I recommend the top unit, # three, to be just one flight of stairs to the terrace. (but it means you have to care you bag up 3 flights when you first move in) - no coffee maker when I was there, but they told me they were going to bring one at some point. - check-in is done at the main Marco Polo hotel on Calle Santander, and then you have to walk two blocks to get to the actual apartment. The apartment is about a block down Calle 15 de Febrero. (I think that if you reserve just a room, you will be in the main building on Calle Santandar, but if you reserve the apartment, then you will be in the new building) - feels very secure. - good lighting throughout. - has extra pillows and blankets. - generally quiet. - Bedroom nicely equipped. - Great location. 1/2 block to Calle Santandar, and just 5 minutes to the piers.

very minor negatives. - TV is in an awkward position for viewing. It is in the entrance way that passes for a "living room", but it is a pretty narrow space, and you have to look up at the TV. - The bathroom door is in an awkward position when using the toilet.

This is one of the best value for money rents I have had in Guatemala. Helpful staff. Everything new. Nice quite place just 150 m from Main Street Super roof with view an tan possibilities
