Emplacement pratique. Un assez grand espace, surtout le salon

Le couloir étroit et les escaliers pour accéder au logement avec une poussette.

Très proche du centre ville et cuisine très bien aménagé. Peu de chose qui manque.

Un peu difficile pour trouver une place de parc gratuite. Odeurs dans la cage d'escalier.

The apartment was comfortable with the main bedroom and bathroom attached, and the toilet separate. The living room and kitchen together, with widows overlooking the street. There is a window from the bedroom/ bathroom above a courtyard. Good heating choices and a freestanding fan. It’s a well equipped kitchen. One flight of steps up the first level.

After we checked out and had left the area I noticed an email sent that day (our checkout day) saying we had to do certain things like put the towels in a bin, clean dishes etc. We had done that. And remove the rubbish from the bins. We hadn’t done that! I have questions about that. 1. Why not say this very clearly up front for when people are booking? Maybe it’s because I don’t think many people would book a place that required them to empty the bins and take their rubbish with them. 2. People who are not expecting to have to do this may have no rubbish bags to put things in. Have you provided a rubbish bag for this purpose? 3. And anyway where do they then put the rubbish bag if they have no car, and are walking, or catching public transport? 4. Once they have the bins emptied are they then also expected to clean those bins? 5. Why not just tell people there are no bins (and have no bins, but maybe have for eg, a large hook on a wall in the places a bin would usually be found), somewhere they can hang a bag so that it doesn’t have to sit around on the floor) everyday? 6. If you do not supply the rubbish bag needed, why not tell them upfront that they must bring their own rubbish bag and that they must take their rubbish with them or alternatively where they must deposit it in a designated bin either on site, or very nearby, whatever the case may be? 6. And last but not least, why not just empty the bins yourself as part of the cleaning process????

L appartement est lumineux, cosy, et très bien equipé. La literie est parfaite.
