Located close to Terminal 3, it was ideal for an overnight stay. Room had basic kitchen, air-conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi and the bed was comfortable. More than I expected for the price. TV

No mirror in room and no swimming pool (listed as a feature on booking.com). Not easy to find as the sign was over the gate and set well back from road. Booking.com shows address as #2 7th St but actual address is 20-02. Cold water only shower. TV

Walking distance from Terminal 3 if you use the Runway Manila footbridge. It has the necessary basics and feels safe and secure. The host assisted with check-in even when I arrived very late in the night. The host also responded to queries when needed.

It was very hard to find late at night - the name given on Google maps is different from the name on this booking app and the address is also different from what is on this app, so it confused me and the taxi driver. Shower only has cold water. There is no currain in front of the window looking out on the building entrance (even though it has reflective glass), so it felt a bit exposed. The decorative detail on the wall is starting to peel off - a bit of care could make it look good again. The bed only had a sheet - a thin blanket might be a good idea. The aircon is noisy, but works effectively.
