This cozy hideaway is full of charm and character! Close to White Sands National Monument and The Organ Mountain Desert Peaks National Park. 1 bed/1 bath, seating area, full kitchen to include a washer and dryer, this stay will immerse you in a mix of Boho and Mexican culture. There is off-street parking for one vehicle, a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Very centrally located, you will be 5-10 minutes to both the University and the famed Las Cruces Farmers Market. Enjoy!

- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property.
