Nicely designed and comfortable 1 bdrm private apartment in a great part of Center City surrounded by all the choice restaurants, bars, lounges, shopping district, theater district and metro nearby. The apartment is loaded with all the perks and amenities one needs to meet your away from home needs.

You have the apt privately
Enjoy a nice open living room with a smart mounted TV, Netflix and Hulu ready, powerful reliable and dedicated WIFI and a nice dining area that can double as a work from home station. The couch opens up into a sofa sleeper that sleeps one comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and flatware required, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, pots, pans, coffee maker etc.
The bathroom has a good stand up shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom: sits privately towards the rear with a full size comfortable bed, plush linen, pillows, plenty of storage space with a large walk in closet, and a seating reading area.
We have a community coin operated washer and dryer in the building available 24 hours a day.
Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there.

Parking: You can park during the day with 2 hour time restrictions or obtain a guest parking pass from the city for guests with longer stays. There are pay to park lots nearby as well and free no restriction parking overnight.
