With 2 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV for you to login to your favorite streaming service (no cable), and high-speed WiFi internet, it's an ideal haven for relaxation. Surrounded by 17 acres of native grasses and wild flowers, and 50 acres of lush woods, the property boasts two stocked ponds with bass and bluegill (please catch and release), a tranquil creek, and endless trails for hiking and hunting, or just a cozy retreat to relax in. Exterior game cameras may be operational on the property without recording audio or monitoring your stay. No parties or large gatherings, and no smoking indoors. A lumber truck may occasionally pass through the property.
Only 1 mile from a State Highway, but you will feel like you’re at the end of the world! The last mile is a scenic, flat, single lane country road, with a small hill just before you reach the property. A car can navigate this, although a SUV is recommended.

Very nice farm house, private, well maintained.Enjoyed it very much, highly recommend!Beautiful scenery, fully functional.Equipped with coffee, clean towels and bedding, firewood, internet, to name a few amenities.Really had no need to contact the host.

Our stay at the Country retreat was top notch. Clean and tidy with everything we needed as soon as we arrived. So peaceful and relaxing on this beautiful property. Good fishing , good resting and absolutely no noisy neighbors. A nice gazebo with a set up barbecue grill and picnic table to grill and share memories with friends and family.A beautiful well kept yard and property to take a walk and wind down from work back at home. A beautiful pond and scenic views, I have absolutely no complaints from our stay and we plan to be regular guests to this property and home. I highly recommend this stay to anyone who needs a peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly. The house has everything we needed and more. It’s a clean, cozy, farm house. We saw lots of deer and turkeys almost daily. It’s quiet and peaceful with wonderful sunset and sunrise views, and lots of room to adventure!

Had a wonderful time, and everything was beyond our expectations. Just bring your gear for your activities, and some food, that's all you will need, everything else is provided. A home away from home, with some of the most beautiful scenery Missouri has to offer. Exceptionally clean, plenty of storage, all the amenities of home, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
