About this house rental
A 5-bedroom home near Tower Grove Park where all 10 sleep in a real queen bed and the dog gets a fenced yard.
• 5 bedrooms, 5 queen beds. No air mattresses.
• 3.5 baths, so mornings don't stall at one shower.
• Updated kitchen with dishwasher and a Keurig.

Basement (~15 steps down):
• Bedroom 5: Queen bed
• Full bathroom
Half bathroom on the main floor.
Please note: there are no en-suite bathrooms in this home. All bedrooms are on upper or lower levels — plan accordingly if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Fully fenced backyard, great for relaxing, kids playing, or letting pets stretch out safely.
PARKING
Free street parking right outside the property.
Dogs and cats are welcome (additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture). We cannot guarantee complete removal of pet hair or allergens between stays, so guests with severe allergies should consider this before booking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, front yard, and backyard. The garage and a small utility room are locked for storage. The home is professionally cleaned between every stay, and exterior security cameras are in place for your safety.

• Please do not move or rearrange furniture without prior approval
• Please dispose of trash regularly to help prevent pests
• Early/late check-in or check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
• We provide an initial supply of essential items to help you settle in comfortably. Please note that once these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for the remainder of their stay, whether short or long term.

• No smoking or illegal substances anywhere on the premises, a penalty may apply
