Posizione ottima, vicina a Portoferraio e alle varie strade che collegano l'isola. Ottima insonorizzazione del loft e ottime rifiniture. Molto ampio e disposto bene. Credo da poco ristrutturato e fatto molto bene.
Una miglior manutenzione e pulizia. Mancano alcuni dettagli per renderlo al top. La pulizia deve essere più accurata. Nel bagno, capisco le mattonelle nuove, ma un paio di porta asciugamani, anche a ventosa per non rovinare le mattonelle, renderebbero meglio il servizio. Se fosse meglio curato avrei dato il massimo dei voti (basta poche cose da fare e tanta attenzione nei piccoli difetti).
