That we didn't have to wait to meet someone to check in.
It was confusing at first because the instructions came through as a seperate microsite and it wasn't loading. It was much easier once the host posted the instructions directly in the booking message. Dropping off keys was easy.

Everything was modern and new, ski storage and washing facilities. Plenty of storage space and facilities
