The home is right on the beach. This is a beautiful listing. We had a great time. The hot tub was dirty and we asked for it to be serviced. Unfortunately that never happened so we couldn't use the hot tub. There is a large soaking tub in the master bedroom and that worked well for the ones that needed it. I would 100 percent recommend this home to anyone who wants a beautiful home on the beach. There were 13 of us. 8 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room for all. 2 sets of stair at the entrance. And a set of stairs for the upper bedrooms-master and kids bunk room. There is a lift that works though from the ground entrance to the main entrance which has 2 bedrooms and the kitchen. You can drive on the beach. There is some traffic on the beach that can be entertaining at times. The kids had a great time playing in the sand. we left some sand toys. There are some boogie boards and sand chairs to use. And plenty of beach towels. The decor is exactly as pictured and more. We have to say this is the best home we've ever rented and we rent every year in different locations. We are also hosts in California and appreciated all the extra touches like laundry soap, ice makers and large refrigerator. Groceries are easy to get 10 minutes away at the BIG store.
