About this house rental

Welcome to our 4-beds 2-bathes guest suite.

Convenient location:

• 3.5 km to city centre mall
• 2.5 km to shopping and dining plaza
• 100 m to hiking trail
• 26 km to Downtown Vancouver
• 5 km to golf course
• 6 km to bar street

Layout and Facilities:

• Features 4 bedrooms (including a convertible living room): 2 queen, 1 single, and a double sofa bed in the living room. 2 Full baths, kitchen and laundry included.

Cleanliness:

• Professionally cleaned for your comfort and hygiene.

No parties, no indoor smoking, no pets; You will have exclusive access to this guest suite. The upstairs is occupied by other residents. This suite has a private, separate entrance. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

If you have visitors, please limit the total number of people in property to 7 or fewer. This is a requirement according to the city bylaw.
