The house is 160 m², accommodates up to 6 guests, is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. There is no garden, but the peaceful, green surroundings make it a perfect retreat.
Located on the edge of the village of Perreuse, it is ideal for hiking and exploring the cultural and natural treasures of Puisaye-Forterre, including medieval Guédelon, Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Colette Museum, Boutissaint Animal Park, local forests and ponds, and nearby vineyards like Chablis, Sancerre, and Pouilly-Fumé. It is also 50 km from Vézelay and near the Morvan Regional Natural Park.
The ground floor features an entrance, a library, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a separate bathroom, a WC, and a spacious cathedral-style living room with living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen areas. The upper floor has two flexible bedrooms with either a double bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm), one bathroom, and a WC.
Optional comfort service is available for €15 per person, preparing the house for your arrival with made beds, towels, dish towels, and basic supplies.
This quiet village house is not suitable for parties or noisy events. Its historical charm, serene setting, and beautiful surroundings make it an ideal place to relax and recharge. Guests are welcomed warmly, like friends, in a poetic and inviting home.
