The Space:
Set on two private acres with 20-mile Hill Country views, this spacious 2,900 sq. ft. home offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and unforgettable scenery. The open living room features wood-beamed ceilings, large windows, cozy seating, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a double oven, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar for three, and a dining table for six — perfect for relaxed mornings or family meals after a day exploring.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite full bathroom, and panoramic views, upgraded with sound-reducing window inserts for peaceful rest. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and the living room offers a full-size sofa bed for extra guests. The home is also family-friendly and includes a Pack ’n Play, collapsible high chair, and a child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs for guests traveling with young children.
Step outside to enjoy the Hill Country landscape from the private patio, complete with a swing, shaded pavilion, Adirondack chairs, loungers, sandbox, and a picnic table. The fully fenced backyard includes a wood-burning fire pit, swing set with slide, and a tire swing beneath beautiful oak trees. The veiw from the backyard is amazing! The same amazing view can be seen from the upstairs bedroom. The location was easy to get to and in a very quiet neighborhood. We even saw several deer roaming the neighborhood and property. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have EVER slept in! I wish we could have stayed longer, we would love to stay here again in the future.

The kitchen has many options for preparing meals. It has coffee pods and 2 types of coffee makers. The host was very responsive and provided dishwashing products and laundry products. The washer and dryer were wonderful and very clean and there is even a bin for recycling. The outside play area and back patio were amazing. This home was kid friendly with amazing views and close to many venues, restaurants and grocery stores. All in all a wonderful experience.
