Ideal for a family with 2 children or 2 couples, come and enjoy this charming 2 * apartment of 34 m2 furnished and warmly decorated by mountain lovers. It is on the first floor of a tourist residence 10 minutes walk from the shops, the entertainment of the village of Luz Saint-Sauveur, and access to the ski resorts (by shuttle) or car in Luz-Ardiden. It has a small garden with direct access to your vehicle, a private ski locker and a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool accessible free of charge (on registration)
The T3 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a terrace with a garden table, 4 chairs and a drying rack as well as a small garden.
It is composed of:
- an entrance with smoke detector
- a living room with a TV, a large cupboard, a coffee table, a sofa, an armchair, a table, 4 chairs + 2 stools.
- a recent fully equipped kitchen including: induction hob, a top fridge, a dishwasher, a combined microwave grill, a senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an electric barbecue, a raclette machine and cookware/dishes/utensils, and storage cupboards, a vacuum cleaner

- Bathroom with bathtub and storage unit
- 1 bedroom with window, a 140 cm bed and a large cupboard

- A washing machine and a dryer are available in the Residence (same corridor) for 5 €.
