You’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from Seton Sands Beach, a peaceful stretch of shoreline perfect for rock-pooling, paddling, or letting the kids hunt for shells. For a full beach day, head to Longniddry Bents, just a short drive away — a wide, sandy beach that’s ideal for picnics, sandcastles, kite-flying, or even a gentle sunset stroll.
Explore Local Villages & History
Take a wander through Port Seton and Cockenzie, our two nearby fishing villages filled with local cafés, ice-cream spots, and friendly harbour views.
History lovers can explore Seton Collegiate Church, a beautiful medieval ruin nestled in woodland, where little ones can stretch their legs while you enjoy a peaceful walk among centuries of Scottish history.

You will have the whole caravan for yourself, there is one 1 free parking space next to the caravan and you can also park at the entrance of the resort if you are arriving with more than 1 car. Self Checkin with a lockbox

Getting here and away
With our location at Seton Sands Holiday Park (Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0QF) families will find both car and public transport access super easy. If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away — ideal if you’re coming without a car.
Whether you drive or take the train/bus, you’ll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a
fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your
stay.
-Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for
replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
- Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either pay a refundable Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during their stay.
