This one-bedroom apartment (2 single beds for 2 people and a sofa bed for an extra person) is part of a simple Mediterranean holiday complex, located just a few steps from Cala Blanca beach. It is ideal for couples or small families seeking comfort, a good location and an easy stay in Menorca.
It features new beds, a renovated sofa, air conditioning, updated furniture, carefully maintained décor and access to a communal swimming pool. The beach is about 100 metres away and there is a bus stop very close by, so you will be able to move around the area with ease.
The space
The apartment has a bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined together to form a king size bed, upon request. In the living room there is a 140 cm sofa bed, especially recommended for children or teenagers. NON-RENOVATED SPACE: THE BATHROOM
During this new stage, important elements have been renewed to improve the comfort of the stay: mattresses, sofas, main furniture and decoration. It also has air conditioning, especially useful during the summer months.
The complex features a communal swimming pool with a shallow area for children, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
In the surroundings you will find restaurants by the sea, walking areas, the Cala Blanca Cave and some of the most beautiful sunsets in Menorca.
