Newly Renovated & just Listed: You'll enjoy a slice of paradise at this private gated & unique fly-in community in beautiful Port Orange staying at this centrally airconditioned 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 livingroom, large screened tv in main livingroom, newly renovated & furnished home with a gorgeous heated swimming pool, large pool deck, BBQ, shower to rinse off and door to a bathroom plus a enclosed lanai for outdoor entertaining. Sleeps 8 comfortably. This is a new property but we have listed other 5 star properties and are seasoned owners. Plan on having a fantastic experience as our guests are a top priority to us! We have a property manager within minutes of the home and an outstanding cleaning staff.
Gated community has a 24-hour manned security and patrols.
Owners suite is a large room with a brand new King bed, desk, highboy dresser, extra seating and TV. Sliding door to the pool area from this bedroom. There is a very large bathroom with seperate tub, shower, and private toilet room, new vanities with quartz counters on each side of the bathroom, gold finishes, mirrors, and lighting. Theres a large walk in closet with shelves and plenty of hanging space. Stocked with towels and paper goods.
On a seperate wing of the house there are three additional lovely large bedrooms. Each have a brand new mattresses & headboard and plenty of charging ports. Overhead fans. One king bed and two with Queen bed rooms. All bedding and linens included. Dressers in each bedroom. Desks in two of these three bedrooms. King bedroom has its own TV.
Close to so many places: 9 miles to Daytona Beach, 8 miles to Daytona Int'l Speedway, 7 miles to Daytona airport, 9 miles to New Smyrna Beach and historical village, 8 miles to Ponce Inlet, lighthouse, and museum, approx an hour from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios + so many more attractions.
The Spruce Creek community has a "Fly In" restaurant on the runway with views of aircraft take off & landings for those nights you don't feel like cooking. Serving fabulous pizza and loads of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus full bar, and there are even lots of fun live music nights at the Fly In, outdoor seating, fire pit, and a lively social bar. Or take advantage of our fully outfitted kitchen or BBQ'ing outdoors by the pool. The stunning Golf course winds throughout the community and can be used by guests (membership not required, reasonable golf fees are an additional charge at the club).
Well equiped kitchen with everything one needs to cook special meals. All Appliances are brand new. Lovely white lacquer dinning table with 2 leaves to add space for at least 10 people. Counter top area seats an additional 4. The kitchen is open to a woodburning fireplace, coffee nook perfect for reading and relaxing, and a second livingroom beautifully appointed with L shaped sofa and soft comfy chairs for fireside relaxing.
The main livingroom is large and has a large sofa, coffee table, lovely seating, high ceilings, and very large tv. All rooms flow from one to the other for a spacious feel. TV in living room, master bedroom, and in second king bedroom with streaming services.
Pool is heated and is a stunning blue, newly surfaced deck, completely covered with a new Lanai screen, dining table with overhead fans and lighting, lounge furniture, blow up recliners for the pool, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and poolside loungers. Pool is serviced weekly and price included. Seperate entry to bathroom from the pool.
The yard and plantings are well cared for by our landscaper each week.
Off street parking for up to 4 vehicles (no campers allowed - HOA rules) and room for several motorcycles to park in the airconditioned garage.
