Thoughtfully designed with mid-century coastal decor, it offers one king suite, one queen bed, and a coastal-themed bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle rollout. The fully fenced, spacious backyard provides the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation stay in this beautiful home.
Living Room and Kitchen:
-Fully equipped kitchen with essential cooking equipment and utensils, including Nespresso pod coffee maker, slow cooker, small blender, rice cooker.
-Huge kitchen counter with six stools
-Small kitchen table with additional seating for four.
Bathrooms:
-Master bath with walk-in shower
-Full bathroom with tub and shower combo shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.
Outdoor Amenities:
Fully fenced in yard with wood-burning fire pit (guests must bring/purchase own wood if wanting to use fire pit), propane gas grill, and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
Entertainment:
-Children’s puzzles and games.
-Smart TVs: 65” TV in Living Room, and 55” TVs in Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2.
-Xfinity high speed internet (300 mbps download speed).
Work:
Dedicated work area with desk in Bedroom 3 allows for private workspace if needed.

Beach chairs and towels.
Pet-Friendly Features:
Pet Supplies: Dog bowls, mat, dog bed and dog waste disposal bags.

-Florida is host to an abundance of wildlife, including many varieties of snakes, lizards, and insects. We strive to keep our home immaculate and employ professional pest control services. We would greatly appreciate your assistance by keeping entrance doors closed as much as possible, putting food away, and quickly disposing of all food garbage in outdoor receptacles. This will help prevent ants, roaches, lizards etc., from getting in the home. In an effort to keep our home up to our stringent cleanliness standards, we respectfully request that guests do not eat or drink on any of the beds (water is ok). Pet Policy
This property is pet friendly with the following restrictions and stipulations:
1. All pets must be approved by host prior to entering home.
2. Small dogs (under 15 pounds) only. Please reach out for a list of allowed breeds and rules. Owner is very allergic to cats and the property is not suitable for large dogs.
3. Maximum of two pets per reservation.
4. $50 pet fee, per pet, per reservation must be paid to cover additional cleaning costs.
5. Pet owner/guest agrees to pay for any and all property damage incurred by pet during stay.

The house was very clean. It was also very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that we’d didn’t have. The host left us bottles of water even. Very pretty and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!
