-The apartment is a 20-minute walk to Kata beach;
- Quiet room, 2nd floor, large balcony;
- In the vicinity of a large number of restaurants, bars and cafes;
- There is an opportunity to use the swimming pools and gyms of 5* hotels for an additional fee (200-400 baht depending on the hotel, there are happy hours (free pool access, but you must buy a drink from 150 baht);
- There is also the possibility to use the buffet (breakfast) of nearby hotels from 250 baht;
- Utility bills are paid separately 10% of the rent.
