Vacation apartment (50sqm) in the attic with balcony

Our balcony apartment (approx. 50 m2) is located on the top floor. It features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette (including an oven and dishwasher) and an upholstered corner bench. The bathroom features a shower with a gentle threshold (approx. 1 cm). From the balcony, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Bavarian Forest with its rolling hills and gentle slopes. Welcome to the Kagerbauer Vacation Farm. Enjoy the magnificent scenery and the family-friendly atmosphere of our farm in the heart of the Bavarian Forest from the very first moment. Nestled in an idyllic village in the Waidler region, a breathtaking panoramic view of the Bavarian Forest’s mountain ranges awaits you—a special experience in every season. In spring, nature awakens; in summer, the fresh hay fills the air with its scent; in fall, the colorful foliage glows; and in winter, sunshine, snow, and cozy warmth create a special atmosphere. Our three-generation farm is run as a part-time operation with active farming. Together with our children, Grandma, and Grandpa, we take care of dairy cows, calves, chickens, rabbits, a horse, and a pony. Our cats and our farm dog, Sam, also love getting petted. Experience nature at its finest—whether you’re going for a walk, biking, or simply taking a deep breath. For children, there’s a large playground with a swing, slide, sandbox, pedal cars, a basketball hoop, and a soccer goal, as well as a game room with table tennis, foosball, and darts. In winter, our front lawn turns into a sledding hill, and a cross-country ski trail runs right past the front door. The Geißkopf, Silberberg, and Großer Arber ski areas are just a short drive away. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-in after 10:00 PM is also possible by prior telephone arrangement. Check-out is available between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 1.00 euro per day per person. Bread roll service and homemade products available upon request.
