The Space:

Enjoy our welcoming 2-bedroom condo, where comfort meets convenience with resort-style amenities designed for a perfect getaway. Dive into the sparkling swimming pool, stay energized in the fully equipped gym, or relax at the on-site bistro. A complimentary beach shuttle ensures you can easily enjoy the sun at nearby Hallandale Beach. We provide complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs, so you can fully unwind by the shore. For those seeking adventure, bike rentals are available to explore the vibrant neighborhood and discover all that Hallandale Beach has to offer at your leisure. The Beachwalk Resort is more than just a place to stay—it’s a gateway to the best of South Florida living.



Unwind in the spacious living room of our 2-bedroom condo, featuring a comfortable sitting area and a TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the inviting dining area provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals with loved ones. The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds for extra comfort. Step outside onto either of the private balconies and immerse yourself in the tranquil views, the perfect backdrop for unwinding and relaxing after a busy day.

- Beach: a complimentary beach shuttle running every 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it will take 8 minutes to get to the beach.

1-7 days $28 + tax daily

8- 10 days $25 + tax daily

Beach service is offered by Etaru Beach Club, located in front of Lyfe Resort. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels.



The Neighborhood:

Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
