Nestled in a small neighborhood shaded by palms and old oak trees, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers your own private pool and Jacuzzi — the perfect setting to unwind after a day of sun and exploring. Beyond the everyday squirrels and birds, don`t be surprised if a great horned owl or a sandhill crane wanders by while you`re relaxing on the lanai — nature`s version of room service.
Guests have full access to the entire house, private pool, and yard, plus free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The hot tub can be heated daily, and the pool can be heated with a 3-night minimum — both for an additional charge of $35 per day.
This home is strictly pet and smoke free, with smoking permitted only outside on the lanai.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
