Our recent and modern house welcomes you to Ponta do Sol, renowned as one of the best places on the island thanks to its mild climate and exceptional sunshine.
It will offer you a rejuvenating setting to enjoy the surrounding nature, hiking and the nearby beaches.
The accommodation
Each room exudes serenity:
The bright living room, on the first floor, is bathed in natural light that slips through large bay windows. There is a convivial space, a bathroom with shower WC, a laundry room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a salamander, a very high speed fiber Wi-Fi connection (500 mbps), 55-inch Google TV with Netflix, Youtube, Spotify for those who wish to cook, create, listen to music or have fun with the family.
The open kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter, Espresso, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Delta Q), and blender.
The salamander in the living room and the barbecue on the terrace invite you to share the simple pleasure of a meal with the family. You will find everything you need: pots, dishes, utensils, wine glasses etc.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a soothing atmosphere: comfortable beds with cotton sheets, a private bathroom, a dressing room, and above all a balcony with an ocean view, ideal for enjoying a sunrise or watching the sunset at dusk.
The second bedroom also has storage space and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for a stay for two couples or with the family.
The three bathrooms are equipped with showers, care products (soap, shampoo, shower gel) and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
