Two Bedrooms Penthouse In Golf Beach Resort

Large two bedrooms apartment (one double bed and one with two single beds ) in very clean good condition recently painted and decorated in a luxury beach and golf resort. Property is very light and sunny and peaceful. We have wonderful gardens with water features and a large pool. There is also a playground area for the children at the the other end of the gardens within the resort. The apartment is across the street from the golf club house which is open all year round with a great bar and restaurant also take away is available with great prices. We are a very short walk to the beach and the Marriott hotel which is also open all year round with a beautiful bar and restaurant. Here you can also book a tennis court or lots of different treatments at the Spa. You have a lot of beautiful walks around this area and the beaches are great for surfing also. The nearest village with everything you need is just ten minutes drive. There is fiber fast speed internet and MEO tv in the apartment. Towels, linen, sheets all available for you. Kitchen is completely furnished( washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and anything you need in the kitchen to cook). There is also private underground parking. For July and August also weekly short stay prices please contact me. We also offer a weekly cleaning. services for the tenants for extra but low prices.
