The Lily Pad is a newly constructed, 2,100 sq ft mountain retreat designed for modern comfort. With open-concept living space and 2,000 sq ft of usable outdoor space including porch, patio, balcony and decking, this home is perfect for adventure-seekers looking to recharge in style. Take in the crisp mountain air and stunning views from our expansive outdoor living area.
Perfectly situated in the heart of Bryce Resort, this home is your ultimate hub for year-round mountain fun and remote work. Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring mountain trails, or simply soaking in the spectacular views, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
The Home:
Style, Comfort, and Modern Amenities. This modern, two-level single-family home is designed with your comfort in mind. The open-concept main level features a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a living area that opens onto a spacious 27’ wide upper deck - the perfect spot for your morning coffee with a view. With 3 private bedroom suites, expansive recreation room, two full baths and one half bath, there's plenty of room for everyone.

The Master Suite:
A luxurious upper level suite with a king-sized bed and a new Sealy Postuerpedic mattress for personalized comfort. A standing desk is situated over a picture window with views of the mountains. A large closet is available for your clothes, gear, and luggage. Sliders open to a private balcony deck with adirondacks chairs and sitting area
Second Master Suite:
A cozy lower level suite with a queen-sized sleep number mattress. Separate sitting area, (2) large closets, and view of the mountains with walk-out access to the large stone patio and 30’ x 24’ private deck with outdoor shower, hot tub, and sitting and dinning area.
Third Master Suite:
Two twin beds that can be converted into a king, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. A large closet. A view of the mountains with walk-out access to the large stone patio and 30' x 24' private deck with outdoor shower, hot tub, and sitting area.
Chef's Kitchen:
Create your inspired cuisine with all new Samsung stainless appliances. A fully appointed kitchen includes knife block/wood cutting board, blender, mixer, rice maker, 8 porcelain place settings , 10 causal dinnerware settings, mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking dishes/sheets, convection oven with integrated air fryer, food auto sensing microwave, large 31 cubic foot, 3-french door refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser, drip /K-Cup coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and new 20 piece Carote non-stick cookware set.
Living Room:
Relax on the chaise sofa lounger. Sit back in the swivel glider, while watching your favorite streamed shows on the 55” Samsung TV integrated with Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, etc. Warm up with the electric LED fireplace.
Recreation and media room:
Lower level living room is your private entertainment and relaxation zone. The large living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, can easily transform into a fourth bedroom. There's also a dedicated office nook for those who need to work remotely, ensuring you can stay connected while enjoying the mountain air. A 75" Samsung HDTV with all major streaming services, yoga mats, Keurig coffee station, hi-top seating, mini-fridge, electric LED fireplace, board games, and an XBox gaming system are to enjoy.

Unwind and explore your outdoor oasis just steps to your outside personal mountain playground.
Enjoy sunrise on the front patio, 30’x10’ with your coffee and breakfast or create meals on the new 52” gas BBQ grill.
The rear upper deck leads down to a 30’ wide stamped concrete patio and expansive 30’x24’ deck extending into the sloping mountainside, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The high lighted hot tub, is perfectly positioned to offer stunning mountain views. After a long day on the trails, refresh yourself in the unique, fully enclosed outdoor rainfall shower, built right next to the Lily Pad. We enjoyed our stay at the Lilypad! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome, especially at night when the skies were clear. Amazing views of the stars! Only gripe we had would be the kitchen utensils (tongs, spatulas, etc). They were really cheap and flimsy, but other than that, we all had a great time!

We had an absolutely incredible time at The Lily Pad! Our group of guys stayed here for a ski trip, and the setup couldn't have been more perfect. The accommodations were wonderful—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the proximity to Bryce Resort; being so close to the slopes made the logistics effortless, allowing us to maximize our time on the snow. After a full day of enjoying the excellent conditions, coming back to relax was a breeze.The absolute standout feature, however, was the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe our muscles after a long day of skiing, and it truly elevated our entire experience. Between the great weather and the top-notch amenities, we couldn’t have asked for a better mountain getaway. If you’re looking for a stellar place to stay in Mount Jackson, this is it. We’ll definitely be looking to book here again for our next trip!
