About this house rental
Enjoy the privacy of three master bedrooms, each with their own private master bathroom . You will find that the living room is perfect for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun, the living room has TV and free Internet access. Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 6 guests, fully equipped kitchen and much more!
The private pool area has a large covered area, with a table for 6.
The pool can be heated upon request (extra charge).
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.
The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.

The home was just what we needed to be able to spend time with family (two other adult couples). There was plenty of space and very quiet so we were able to stay on our own schedules without disturbing one another, and able to visit together comfortably at the house. Communication was prompt and there was easy check-in and check-out after hours.
