Items to Note:
- As part of the Canyons Resort Village's efforts to make enhancements and improve the resort’s base area and on-mountain experience, the Sunrise Gondola project, and other improvements directly adjacent to Sunrise Lodge and the surrounding areas, will take place throughout 2024 and 2025. During this time, increased noise levels and sights associated with construction may occur, including dust and obstructed views.
- We are currently in the process of upgrading select air conditioning units. As a result, some suites may be without air conditioning.
-Self-parking and Valet parking are available for all guests. HGV Club members on Club stays (either using points or open season cash) are not assessed a Valet parking fee. All others will be subject to a $25 per day Valet parking fee. Please note the garage is unable to accommodate vehicles taller than 7'6"
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and on-site parking ensure a convenient and comfortable stay.

For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation.
