The Villa Holly offers a spacious accommodation of approximately 160 m², suitable for up to 6 guests. It features three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, and two bathrooms complete with showers and toilets. The open-plan living and kitchen area is designed for comfort, featuring a round dining table, an induction cooktop, and a dishwasher. The living space includes a corner sofa, two armchairs, and a television with German channels. Adjacent to this area is a partially glazed terrace furnished with rattan furniture, providing access to a relaxing corner with a Hollywood swing. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available. A sauna house with its own terrace is located just a short distance away. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property is smoke-free. Optional bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee.
