Step outside and enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, or simply strolling with your furry friend to the Slate River or along the recreation path.
Inside, the main level includes a comfortable living area, a newly updated kitchen with all-new appliances, a dining table, one bedroom, and a full bath. You’ll also find a TV, private Wi-Fi, DVD player, and streaming device for relaxing nights in. Outside, unwind on the covered porch, grill up dinner, or store your bikes, skis, or boards after a day of adventure.
Just down the street is the Center for the Arts, featuring live music, performances, and films. And the free Mt. Express shuttle stops nearby for a quick 6-minute ride to the base of Mt. Crested Butte.

We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1,000 refundable damage deposit. **This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
