The “Adlerhaus” is a historic building in Mittenwald, located right next to the Catholic parish church, which was first mentioned in a document in 1674. Through several years of meticulous, detailed work carried out in accordance with historic preservation guidelines, the project team succeeded in blending history with modernity. Exposed concrete, historic beam structures, and large glass elements complement each other harmoniously. The attic, with a total area of approximately 320 square meters, comprises six studios, each of which has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet or a bathtub and toilet. Loading and unloading is possible at the building. There is no parking directly at the building!!! Parking is available in public lots in the surrounding area. We recommend traveling by train! The “Obermarkt,” Mittenwald’s historic, traffic-calmed street lined with inns, cafes, and shops, is located in the immediate vicinity.

At the Adlerhorst, you can use a high-quality, fully equipped shared kitchen with two large dining tables. The Adlerhorst also features a cozy sitting area with sofas, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. A large panoramic window offers a view of the Karwendel Mountains. There is also a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The common area covers approximately 71 square meters. The six studios are spread across the entire top floor, totaling 320 square meters:

3-Sulzleklamm: 1 room (24 sqm) with a single bed (120x200 cm), table with chairs, wardrobe, shower/toilet.
4-Kirchlspitz: 1 room (27 square meters) with a single bed (120x200 cm), table with chairs, armchair, wardrobe, shower/toilet, Smart TV.
5-Rotwandlspitze: 1 room (59 sqm) with 2 double beds (180x200), table with chairs, small sitting area with 2 armchairs, wardrobe, shower/toilet.
6-Sulzleklamm: 3 rooms (69 sqm) with 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm), table with chairs, sofa suite, closet/clothing rack, shower, bathroom/toilet, Smart TV.

Thanks to the shared use of the large kitchen/living area, the Adlerhorst is particularly well-suited for groups, sports clubs, seminars, and large families. Shopping and dining options are available at nearby stores and restaurants. Loading and unloading is possible at the house. Parking is available in public parking lots in the surrounding area. We recommend traveling by train!
