This charming holiday home welcomes 2 to 4 guests and offers 43 m² of living space. It features a comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. With its cosy interiors and many repurposed details, the house has a warm and authentic atmosphere. A private garden and terrace create a peaceful retreat, while in summer, guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool shared with the owner. From the pool terrace, there is a breathtaking mountain view that makes every swim unforgettable.
On the ground floor, you will find a 30 m² living area with a lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa converts automatically into a bed with a high-quality 140 cm mattress, ensuring a restful sleep. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, WC, and a washing machine. Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm box-spring bed and has its own washroom with sink and WC. Outdoors, the private shaded terrace with a grapevine is perfect for dining, while a nearby fig tree provides a natural spot for an afternoon siesta.
