Very close to everything. 15 minutes or less.Was wary of the offstreet parking at first, but very quiet and plenty of parking. The unit was extremely clean. the utilities were brand new. The fridge wasn’t even plugged in yet, but worked great.

This is a clean, conveniently located basement unit, and our hosts were accommodating. It's better suited for three rather than four travellers.
