The Space Nestled within the Groton State Forest, you are steps away from world-class swimming, hiking, fishing, and many more fun activities. In winter, enjoy direct access to snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing and ice biking. If you’re looking for big-mountain skiing, we are a scenic 50-minute drive from Burke, Stowe, and Craftsbury. Snowmobile trails are less than 1 mile or can be accessed via across the lake from the property, visit https://vtvast.org/ for trail conditions.

Stay Connected: High-speed internet is available (please note: cellular service is a 20-minute drive away, offering a true "unplugged" experience). Please note that cell service in rural Vermont is not the greatest. Be sure to enter the destination in GPS when you start your travels.
Fully Accessible: The home features a ramp entrance, a first-floor bedroom, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Convenience: Includes heating, AC for summer, and basement laundry.
Flexible Sleeping Arrangements The cabin comfortably sleeps a variety of groups with a King bedroom, a Twin bedroom (2 beds), and two additional living areas with couches and provided air mattresses (1 King, 2 Twins).
A Note on Privacy: To ensure your safety, outdoor cameras monitor the driveway, ramp, front door, and basement entrance.
Bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking if you wish. The house has its own well and it at times can present metals due to water run off.
