Wonderful holiday home directly on the reservoir The lovingly furnished flat Neubau (on the upper floor) offers you 2 bedrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom and is only 200 metres away from the beautiful dam (reservoir), which offers families plenty of space for activities in summer and attracts those seeking peace and quiet in autumn and winter. Our house offers you on 100 square metres not only a lot of cosiness, but also a lot of space, in which you can really relax after a hike or a visit to the numerous activities such as the " climbing forest at the dam" or the " animal and leisure park Thüle" ... Domicile layout : Beautiful and bright holiday flat with 3 rooms on the upper floor with approx. 75 m² usable area - equipped for up to 4 persons. First floor: very high-quality designed, light-flooded living area. Flat screen TV. Integrated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Sunny south-facing terrace. A beautifully designed, cosy open room with double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, WC and towel radiator. Free car park directly at the house. Distance to the dam approx. 200 m. Baby chair can be provided on request.
Our holiday park is surrounded by forests and right next to the Thülsfelder Talsperre, which is suitable for walking, running or cycling.
We have a lockable bike room for bicycles, which you can use free of charge. We have one of the best cycle routes in Germany here, which is very well developed. Thüle animal and leisure park - 2 km Thülsfelder Talsperre - 200 m Kletterwald Nord - 200 m Museumsdorf Cloppenburg - 12 km Many other possibilities such as the North Sea, which is only a stone's throw away depending on the entry point, Wilhelmshaven 80 km, with the beautiful south stand or the numerous museums and the seawater aquarium.
