Unit appeared to be brand new, was spotless. Beautiful location next to horse training barn and training ring. Rustic best describes the location. The host, Mike,. was very responsive.

The property was exactly what we expected, super cozy. It was a nice experience, a completely unique feeling from our normal home environment. We are from the outskirts of Chicago.

I had a wonderful stay at Ponderosa Ranch! Everything was very clean, and the hosts were friendly and responsive throughout my visit. Very gracious! The horses were beautiful, and the property was nice and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay—will happily return.

This clean and comfortable tiny home was perfect for my daily visits to my new grandson in Kiowa. So much better than driving back-and-forth from a hotel 45 minutes away in Castle Rock! The owners live onsite and are very responsive. I definitely plan to stay here again.
