The home offers four queen bedrooms—two on the main floor and two upstairs—plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. *Max parking spaces for this home is 4; garage access is not available

*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).
PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.
WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*

We had a family getaway in Deep Creek. They went snowboarding and tubing. Everyone had a great day on the slopes. If we had any questions the rental manager were very prompt to respond. The home was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend the rental company as well as this home. Location was great for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return!!!

Great house for setup a d location. House was just as advertised and in good condition and clean. Also, we had a lot of snow during the evening and we’re pleased to find that when we awoke the porch, walkway to the house and roads were all shoveled and plowed. The only complaint we had was that we found the majority of utensils, dishes, pots and pans were put away dirty in the kitchen We had to rewash anything we used. Don’t know how anyone could put things away that were so noticeably dirty. I would suggest they have the cleaning company rewash everything in that kitchen. It was disgusting to pull out a glass that was still wet and dirty.
