About this house rental
Welcome to our lovingly renovated Swedish-style house right on the lake!
The house is situated in a quiet, natural setting, with a large yard and a private sauna.
Enjoy the view, take a dip in the lake, or relax in the evening sun—ideal for couples, families, and anyone seeking peace and relaxation.
Shopping is available 15 minutes away, and the ocean is about 30 minutes away. A place that delights visitors in every season.
The main house offers plenty of space and comfort for families, couples, or small groups.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
– A bathroom with a shower
– A washer and dryer
– A bedroom with a double bed
– A fully equipped kitchen with an open-concept living and dining area
– Direct access to the patio from the kitchen
On the upper floor, you’ll find:
– Two bedrooms
• One with two single beds (each 140 cm wide)
• One with a large double bed
– A small office nook with a magnificent view of the lake
Another bedroom is located in the annex.
It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed (120 cm wide).
In another outbuilding, you’ll find a small gym with various exercise options as well as a workshop.
Our sauna house, idyllically situated near the lake, offers not only a relaxing view of the lake but also a small relaxation area. Here you’ll also find personal flotation devices and swim toys.
A small motorboat and an Optimist (a sailboat for children) are also at your disposal—for unforgettable hours on the water.
Guests have unrestricted access to the entire property, including all outbuildings.
Orrsjön 790 is nestled amid beautiful nature in the Gnarp region—a true hidden gem for anyone seeking peace and quiet, fresh air, and outdoor adventures. The adjacent Lake Orrsjön is perfect for swimming, boating, or fishing in the summer. In winter, the landscape transforms into a quiet winter wonderland—perfect for walks, snowshoeing, or ice skating on the frozen lake.
The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and biking trails as well as quiet forest paths—ideal for relaxation or small family adventures.
Just a few kilometers away is the coastline of the Gulf of Bothnia, where you can discover small beaches, nature reserves, and the typical archipelago landscape.
In the village of Gnarp, you’ll find everything you need for daily life: shops, a pizzeria, and a gas station. Larger cities like Hudiksvall and Sundsvall are easily accessible by car and offer additional opportunities for day trips, shopping, cultural activities, and dining.
