Spacious and cozy 4 bedroom home (~4000 sq ft) on one of Ottawa’s most beautiful streets.

15 min to downtown, 5 min to DND HQ, across from the river with bike paths all around. Walk to Bayshore shopping centre. Entire house to yourself with sunroom, living & sitting rooms, office, full kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi & Firestick TV.

Parking for 6 (4 driveway + 2 garage). Enjoy the koi pond out front.

Max 6 guests. No smoking/parties. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double + pack and play. Hot tub is decommissioned.
