This spacious 78 sq meter (840 sq ft) Surin Beach condo boasts a full kitchen, a washing machine and an inviting bedroom with a comfortable king bed. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with custom tile, upgraded accessories and a hair dryer for added convenience. Located at Surin Sabai this condo is only about 600 meters from the beach which can easily walked to in about 10 minutes. There is a grocery store, a great Thai massage place, a 7-Eleven, good restaurants and small shops all very close by. If you have rented a motorbike, Jungceylon mall, Bangla Road and Tiger Kingdom are all about 20-25 minutes away in Patong.
Inside, this roomy apartment is well decorated and is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. The open-plan design features a comfortable seating area with a Samsung 75" HDTV and a full kitchen. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi also included.

Building: Atmosphere is quiet with respectful neighbors. The apartment is on the 5th floor in a well kept brick building. Lots of parking. The staff is friendly, helpful and the office is open most days. On-site maintenance and cleaning crew respond quickly. Street/neighborhood noise at night is minimal. Solid double pane windows. Newer custom draperies and curtains.
Bedroom: Had the older no so great mattress replaced recently with a high quality king mattress. Medium firmness. There is a safe for valuables inside the mirrored closet.
Bathroom: Water pressure is pretty good and the hot water is abundant. Big shower with custom tile. New hot water heater was installed last year.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with knife block, microwave and washing machine under the sink.
Living area: 75" big screen TV, dumbells for a light workout, central air conditioning, custom ceiling fan and large comfortable couch.
Surin Beach: Beautiful sand with rolling waves. Snorkling over by the right side of the beach is good. Community is quiet at night.
We looked at dozens of condos over a few months before purchasing this one. I'm confident you can make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
