Relax in comfort at this stylish 2-bedroom casita in Southern Utah, located above our garage with a private entrance. Enjoy two king beds with premium mattresses (Winkbed Hybrid + Nectar Luxe), a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with a 55" Smart TV and YouTube TV. The space includes a full bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee station. Perfect for couples, small families, or adventurers looking for a clean, comfortable home base near Zion and local trails.
We like to give our guests space and privacy, but will be available via text/call if needed.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood
Guests will have full access to the casita and its two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry unit. You're also welcome to sit on the porch by the front door or sit in the lawn out front of the entrance.

With its open floor plan, guests will have ample space to unwind and spend quality time together. The living room has a HD flat screen TV, making it the perfect spot for movie nights. It would be most Ideal to have a car as there is no public transportation.

You have Zion National Park (21 miles), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available and close by for your enjoyment!
