    ELC luxury hotel Danang My room was 807 I am happy to see two big beds and it is clean. There are few things I don’t like: 1) aircon too noisy when increase the fan speed to high. 2) the sink always got stuck after the room service. 3) the hot water was so difficult to adjust. 4) 9/9 I request help from the counter and there is a guy that come up to help. First thing when he enter my room he was so angry pointing at the extra room access card. He said only one card are allow. I told him I got two pax and I need two cards for my convenient. I ask him to go to the counter to check if he don’t believe. From that onwards he was not so happy. After settle everything he did mention about he spent 45min and I assumed he is asking for money. I ignored him. This type of repair man sad to say that he bring down the hotel reputation. Stuffs at the counter are friendly and helpful.

    Good location, but unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room, and we could even see mold in some areas. Another issue was the water - both taps only had hot water. We had to call reception multiple times, and only after 5–10 minutes did the cold water start working temporarily. Overall, not a great experience.

    room is quite modern but thats about it. level of flexibility and hospitality is non existent and kinda fake. food is cold as its not in a heating system, you can just feel the vibe of everyone in the reception expect that one girl that helped me out to be truly genuine but the rest were superficial and egoistic. reason why i am saying this its because my boyfriend broke his foot and unable to fully walk and their level of empathy was nonexistent. we've traveling for one year now and frequent flyers, wouldn't recommend nor stay again.

    Overall, my stay was average, around 3 out of 5 stars. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom felt outdated. The fixtures and finishing (like the trimming) looked old and not well-maintained, which made it feel less clean than it should be. There was also no proper place to hold soap or shampoo in the shower, and no hot water. The room was smaller than expected. The bed looked clean and nice, but it was too small. Service was mixed. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but overall service and management were not very well organized. The welcome experience was poor—I didn’t feel welcomed, there were no welcome drinks, and the elevator wait was very long. Breakfast was just okay with limited options. Also, drinks in the fridge are not free, so you will be charged if you use them. Overall, decent but could be improved. I woudnt come back though
