Inside, the lower-level game room delivers hours of entertainment with a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, pool table, shuffleboard, golf arcade game, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator—perfect for families or multi-generational groups. We absolutely loved this home! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The décor is stunning—beautifully styled both inside and out. I kept catching myself saying, “I love that!” or “Look at this!” around every corner.
Every amenity was thoughtfully provided. One of my favorite features was having two outdoor showers—such a luxury after a day at the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and we especially appreciated that the pool was shaded after 4 PM. It made for the perfect, refreshing way to wind down.
The outdoor Bluetooth speakers were a great touch, creating the perfect vibe while we relaxed. We also appreciated the abundance of beach chairs, boogie boards, and the beach cart, which made getting everything to the beach effortless.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was, without question, the best beach house we’ve ever rented. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed this beach house is. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy coastal decor to the well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities throughout.
Inside, everything felt like home but better. The open layout gave us plenty of space to relax as a group, and we loved the little extras: board games, a Bluetooth speaker, local guidebooks, and even a starter welcome bag.
This home is a true gem. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat, a family vacation spot, or a base for coastal adventures, this is the place. We have stayed with three other rental agencies in the outer banks and Vacasa stood high above the others.
We’re already planning our return trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Family Beach Retreat. Easy walk to the beach, lovely pool and hot tub, game room, well stocked kitchen & toiletries, linens and towels. They even had chairs/ beach supplies stored that we could use at the beach. The house felt clean and we thorougly enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
