Like its beautiful seashell namesake, sound-side Nautilus is a study in beauty and proportion. This well-kept, 2,296-square-foot Kinnakeet Shores home comfortably sleeps 11 and provides access to great walking and biking paths, as well as numerous sound and beach access points.
The ground level has two carports, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, a concrete pool, and an inviting hot tub. The first level features a game room with a sleeper sofa perfect for the kids .Right outside in the entry hall are various beach games for the family to enjoy . The second level includes a spacious great room with hardwood floors and a comfortably furnished living area with a big-screen TV, a movie library, an entertainment center, and access to a large, covered exterior deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, a nearby dining area, and outside decking, ready for your best recipes.
The sizable primary suite has a full bath, a small office, a TV, and a large covered deck. All bedrooms are equipped with stream ready smart tvs .

Plenty of room for a family of 6. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Would love to give it a higher rating for those reasons alone but it could definitely use some TLC and attention given to the ants. Overall though a pretty good stay.

Luxe accommodation, with some wear and tear. Beds comfortable, hot tub a treat. Kitchen very nice, but Not A Single grain of salt or pepper Other than that, only annoyance was lack of beach towels, but perhaps I missed that note.Hope to return when pool is open as well.

We can in town for the fishing tournament. And this was just the right fit for our little crew. We enjoyed being able to have a place where we could bring our puppy with us. The pool area was nice. Maybe next time we can try it out in the summer. The house is clean and very open upstairs in the living area.
