We had a delightful, relaxing stay at the cute Peace of Heaven beach house. It was just what we needed and exactly as described. The decor was beachy and fun. The area is quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. The location 2 blocks to beach and 1 block to marsh was perfect. We could hear the surf all around us and see the ocean from the living room, and screened in and open porches. Just 6 blocks to great fishing spot on the marsh and the pier. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need (except oil or spices, could use some of those). We appreciated the quality shampoo/ conditioner/body wash in the showers. Towels were quality. Grill was great. Thank you! We will be back.

We knew going into our trip to Holden Beach that this house was located across from a public beach access which made walks to the beach very quick and convenient. The best surprise was the atmosphere from the back deck. We ate numerous meals overlooking the marsh landscape for a peaceful vibe. The sunset going down over the marsh was fantastic. On a minor note, I appreciated the clean, fresh smell upon entering the home. Great trip!

The remodel was nice as far as the very well stocked kitchen and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. TV in every room were nice but we didn’t really use them. The sleeping arrangement was good for the 4 adults and 5 grandchildren. Good location to the beach. Nice that the sheets and towels were provided and good starter amenities.
Sand is a real issue in the house because there’s no good way to get in the house without walking in the sand and there’s not a private outdoor shower for kids to rinse the sand out of their bathing suits before going in. Small bathrooms and sand was an issue. Also issue with the air conditioning.
