With a fully equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and wet bar, entertain family and friends with a home-cooked meal and games in the spacious, tastefully decorated great room or cookout on the barbecue while eating on the two picnic tables provided. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
*Oceanfront homes are subject to beach nourishment projects scheduled by individual towns. Ask us about any planned beach nourishment in our area.*

Our family of 4 had a great time. Plenty of space, good kitchen stocked with the tools we needed, and some good pots and pans. Charcoal grill outside, and hot tub was solid. House was clean and had some puzzles and games. Can’t beat the location - beachfront and close to market, restaurant and ice cream.
