Great house! Layout, location and pool area were wonderful! Had a little mishap with the communication on golf cart but they handled it very quickly for us. House needs a little work but it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. The house was a bit humid inside, sheets felt damp. Bedding, toiletries were great and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Our family had a wonderful stay.

The condo does have sleeping for 8 but really is better suited for 7. Recommend 4 adults and 3-4 small kids. We had 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was small for us. We have stayed in other units at Starboard before and this unit is same layout but overall smaller, probably because of where it is located. Very nice and well furnished unit. Very clean and has great view of the intercostal. Would stay again with smaller number of people.

We loved the porch and pool area. Kitchen is very well stocked. Location isn’t bad it’s a 1/2 mile walk to the beach.
Since we stayed in a month the golf cart is not available that was a little inconvenient.
Would be nice to have the option for the golf cart. Home could use some maintenance
$$$$
