I was so scared to stay there. The door was broken at the bottom and no real locks. The bedding was nasty with burn hole, the floor was nasty black the room smelled horrible. There was a man shooting in his car in the hotel parking lot...people were living in the rooms and the mist scariest part was there was a 2 men watching us. It was the worst place ever

We tried to check in and the person behind the desk was fighting with a person in maintenance. There were a lot of sketchy people around that had no place to go at 730 at night so I left and found another place to stay!

Came into a dirty room, no towels, 1 pillow, holes in the walls, tv didn't work, bathtub was stained with some sort of black substance... The room was not not in a good condition at all, i will never stay there again.

where do I begin? The check in was slow and confusing for the staff. Once I arrived in the room 220 I discovered there was no remote control for the TV but yet the TV was on. I called the front desk and asked for a remote control for the TV. The staff said I would have to wait until 5:00pm until another staff member came into work. The second thing the shower was not cleaned I was able to rub off left over dirt with my finger. You would think during covid-19 the staff would ensure every room was completely sanitized. After I braved the dirty shower I discovered the twoles were stained and dirty. At that point I went down to the lobby to inform the staff of the rooms condition. The staff was rude and accused me of lying stating there cleaning staff cleaned every room witch was untrue. Then the desk staff stated that I should check out and I should find another hotel instead of fixing the issue. At that point I had worked a 16 hour day and I had to return to work in just 61/2 hours so I did not have time to find another room nor was I in any condition to drive 62 miles home so I slept in the dirty room in fear if I drove home I would be involved in a traffic accident. I am dissatisfied with the staff and highly dissatisfied of there treatment of me. I do not recommend the Victorville location to anyone. I wish I would have taken pictures I had no Idea you could upload them to this site. I will never stay there again. they have forever lost my business.

There were roaches in the room, it had a really bad odor, the toilet seat was broken, in the shower it felt like the floor was about to collapse, and it was just very dirty inside the room and outside

Hands down the shadiest motel I've ever stayed at and I've seen a lot. It was so bad that I left after about 15 minutes after seeing all the crackheads and homeless people littering the property. I didn't even care that it was non-refundable. Do NOT stay here.

It took about 10 minutes to get the woman at the front desk to even look up my reservation i already paid for since they were booked. Room wasnt very clean (bedsheets, some of the bathroom, ext). Some of the stares going to the 3rd floor dont feel cery stable. I wont go back there.

The room was clean. There was trash in the parking lot. The staff was pleasant. The hot water was not very hot, but I did not complain, so I did not give the staff a chance to fix it. I was billed twice, but I believe it will be fixed soon.

We requested a working ac and refrigerator. When we entered our room the ac was on and the refrigerator was turn on and cold. The bed was wonderful and so comfortable. We did miss a coffee pot (for my husband), but we went out for breakfast anyway, so it was not a problem.\nFYI- if traveling and need an iron...bring your own. Overall we will return. Great value for price.

Very nice room - clean room and comfortable bed. (room did not smell of smoke) One problem - 4am wake up with loud walking around up stairs. Also, elevator very slow, wait outside in cold or walk up and down outside stairs.

Non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The curtains didn't smell but the bedding did. My kids went and complained about the smoke and we were given a new room. We witnessed 4 other people complaining about the smell in their rooms and they were given a spray bottle of air freshner to spray around the room and then return it to the office. A lot of people that night were not happy. I will not stay here again.
