About this house rental

Belmont Bungalow is a 2 bedroom home available for those looking to enjoy Baton Rouge, while being located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near LSU. This house is the perfect spot to enjoy LSU's campus, lakes, and local restaurants. New central a/c and heat keep house comfortable year round. One of my favorite streets in Baton Rouge. Great for walking and biking.
The space
A charming, comfortable house with a picket fenced yard, front and back. A friendly walkable street. A furnished kitchen for cooking. It has a quality coffee set-up with Columbian coffee, decaf, and tea. Check my guest book for my favorite local spots.

The whole house and yard are available for you to enjoy. We have 2 utility closets for our use only.
Other things to note
There are 2 ebike rental racks nearby. One at Zeeland Market and one at City Park. Historic City Park Golf course is 2 blocks away.
