Apartamento Conforto Campinas 2, 3 ou 4 quartos

Apartamento grande, bem localizado, próximo de locais para tomar café e almoçar, no meu caso que tinha pouco tempo.

Banheiro com a ducha apertada, e chuveiros estourando com a pressão da água, Wi-Fi tbm não roda bem.. lençóis de cama tbm bem simples.

Localização excelente Prédio e apartamento novos Tudo muito l8mpo e organizado

Faltam alguns itens ainda, mas parece ser uma locação recente, ainda deve melhorar

Location and very spacious

Very strong sewer smell throughout the apartment. Downstairs suites windows not closing and shaking all night long with the wind, all mattress are uncomfortable, no nightstands anywhere in the bedrooms, Upstairs ceiling with mold in different areas due to water leak, Very noisy due to construction next door, no amenities, no place to store our soap, shampoo, conditioner, no anti slip mat on showers and tile is very slippery, stairs are not safe for older people as rail is loose, not enough pots and pans, the feeling is that it was a quick fix to rent and get some profit out of the apartment. Towels with very poor quality, no toilet tissue or paper towel when we arrived, water filter downstairs was flooding the kitchen sink all the time. We could not feel comfortable although the unit is very large and apparently beautiful. Jeferson has been a great person and tried to resolve everything he could, but most issues did not have a possible quick fix.
