Garden View Novara - Near Hospital - Free Wifi

The cleaning lady who came twice to our apartment to help us with additional bedsheets and additional hangers for the closets, was very friendly. Although it was late in the evening she came to our apartments to help us with these things we urgently needed. Huge thanks to her, she was the angel of our stay!

1) The collection of the keys on the day of arrival was a horrible nightmare. I had specifically indicated to the host the exact time slot I would arrive at the property. Nevertheless, exactly during that time slot, NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE ON THE TELEPHONE to help me with information on how to collect the keys!!! Booking com had added a video on how to collect the keys but every time I tried to play the video on my smartphone, advertisings came and I could not access the information. My mother, 88 years old, with reduced mobility, was with me. She was panicking because we were both standing and stuck behind a close door for more than 30 minutes. I was tremendously irritated and anxious. Eventually I managed to calm down and play the video for the last time, finding the patience to understand how to skip the ads, and finally I saw where the keys were. However, the whole situation was terrible. THE HOST MUST BE AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE DURING THE EXACT HOUR INDICATED FOR CHECK-IN !!!! 2) Once we came in, the living room chairs were very dirty. There was even pasta sauce on them. 3) The bathroom door did not close properly. 4) I had to wait for 4 weeks and send countless messages and reminders before I could finally receive an invoice by the rental company after the end of my stay. (The University who would then refund the cost of my accommodation needed the invoice by the rental company, the Booking.com invoice was not sufficient).
